COVID-19 – Providing a Safe and Healthy Workplace

We are fortunate to be able to continue to hire new employees to provide expertise to our clients’ critical infrastructure projects. Due to the dynamic situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we are leveraging technological opportunities with our recruitment practices so that we can stay connected with candidates while keeping our workplace safe.

We have incorporated flexible work from home strategies and are supporting our employees with technology solutions to keep our teams connected.

Although most of our offices are temporarily closed due to the pandemic, some corporate functions and client projects require employees to report to Cordoba offices or client locations. In such cases, we have implemented strict social distancing protocols, enhanced sanitation, and daily health screening procedures. We continue to monitor and follow state and local health officer orders and are tracking Centers for Disease Control and California Department of Public Health recommendations to ensure we are current with any changes.
