At Cordoba Corporation, human capital is our greatest asset. We invest significant time and effort in recruiting our Cordoba Team Members and building upon the value of these “assets” for the long-term. We endeavor to retain our Cordoba Team Members by creating an environment of employee satisfaction and a sense of ownership in the company’s mission.
As part of our effort to provide professional development opportunities for our Cordoba Team Members, we provide an internal education and professional training program called “Blueprint for Success”. This year’s cohort includes 24 Cordoba Team Members across all sectors and located throughout the State of California. Cordoba Corporation has over 600 employees, across 9 offices located statewide.
The Blueprint for Success Program is designed to provide participants with exposure to all facets of Cordoba Corporation’s business; from program/construction management and engineering design overviews to business marketing, new technologies, and the basics of contract administration and finance, as well as work-life balance.
The program consists of a series of workshops facilitated by members of Cordoba’s Senior Management Team. The workshops are typically spread over a period of six to 12 months. During each workshop, a facilitator will invest his/her time in sharing experiences, teaching the subject matter, listening, and guiding participants in order to provide the greatest opportunity for employees to excel.
