Cordoba Corporation is thrilled to announce the addition of Victor Manansala as our new Senior Project Manager in the Education and Facilities Sector.
Victor is a dynamic, licensed professional with industry-leading and diverse experience in the built environment. With over twenty years of combined experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry, Victor brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in facilities program management, construction project management, real estate development, and architecture practice.
At Cordoba Corporation, he will be working on the $735M Measure Y Bond Program at Oakland Unified School District, which includes the $22M New Building and Modernization project at Melrose Leadership Academy at Maxwell Campus.
