Conrado Ayala brings over 25 years of diverse experience to Cordoba Corporation, including civil engineering, design, alternative project delivery, environmental compliance and remediation, capital improvement programming, construction management, and program/project management.
As Vice President of Transportation Infrastructure, Conrado Ayala is responsible for overall organizational and operational matters for Cordoba’s Transportation Infrastructure sector.
Prior to his promotion to Vice President, Conrado served as Cordoba’s Director of Transportation Engineering. In this role, he established Cordoba’s Engineering & Design Center in Cordoba’s Santa Ana Office. This integrated team supports several key design and engineering projects that span all four of Cordoba’s sectors.
Before joining Cordoba Corporation, Conrado supported key infrastructure projects for City of Pasadena, City of Los Angeles, Port of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, California Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, Marriott International, Walt Disney Imagineering, Audi/VW and Mexico City’s New International Airport (NAICM).
Conrado is experienced in site-integrated life-cycle support, including planning, design, construction, and operations. He exemplifies Cordoba’s philosophy of “Making a Difference” for his clients by developing infrastructure that improves communities.
Conrado earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering at USC and his M.B.A. from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management. He is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) and LEED AP.
