Genevieve serves as Human Resources Co-Director for Cordoba Corporation and has over 11 years of leadership, employee/people management, recruitment, and process improvement experience. Over the last 11 years, Genevieve has supported the management of over 500 employees through two mergers and one acquisition and has been a key player in the selection and implementation of large investments such as an HRIS, timekeeping, and payroll system(s). Genevieve has also managed the talent and acquisition team and supported the continuous growth and led the team in charge of retention. At Cordoba, she is responsible for planning, leading, and improving the duties, tasks, and service level of the Human Resources Department which includes recruitment and employee engagement.
