Rick is an accomplished Senior AEC Manager with experience in Education, Entertainment, and Institutional facilities (State and Local). He has worked in capacities, as senior project manager/owner’s representative and senior designer/design manager on projects ranging from $500K to $175M. He has worked a myriad of projects including new construction, tenant improvement, maintenance and modernization. Having worked for architects and design studios, he complements the efforts when acting as an owner’s representative and is able to view each project from the owner’s perspective, while maintaining autonomy and independence as an OAR for each respective owner. Mr. Vanzini fosters cooperative participation between stakeholders, clients, architects, engineering teams, and administrators. He has successfully established partnerships with constituents to deliver program driven projects beyond expectations to ensure quality. He has managed multiple projects/teams and is proficient in all types of contract methods from Lump Sum Low-Bid to JOC, and Design-Build. Additionally, Rick has managed projects via the following relationships: Agency CM, Design Bid Build, Design-Build and CM Multiple-Prime. Furthermore, Rick brings a comprehensive level of knowledge, expertise, and understanding of children’s educational facility design and construction, LEED technologies, and ADA compliance
