Ryan has over ten years of project management experience. He has managed and designed numerous projects while successfully overseeing schedules, and budgets. He has worked with planners and system sustainability to identify projects and forecast portfolio for outer years. Ryan effectively managed team members (Internal/contractor) and identified and tracked project risks throughout project lifecycle using industry standard PMI methodologies. He has developed strong stakeholder relationships with clients, design partners, subcontractors.
Ryan is currently the overall Project Manager for all activities related to the 18-Mile, 230 kV transmission line upgrade for the Imperial Irrigation District (IID) in El Centro, CA. Project oversight includes managing internal/external resources and activities related to the right-of-way, engineering, construction, and commissioning of the project.
