(ENR) as a “Top 20 under 40” Young Professional in California! This annual program honors top young professionals who have demonstrated extraordinary expertise, leadership and community service in their careers.

Terrance DeGray is currently serving as the Program Director for Cordoba Corporation’s project with the Long Beach Community College District Bond Construction Program. In this role, Terrance is directly responsible for the oversight of Cordoba’s Bond Management Team members and managing the $1.5B capital improvement program for the Long Beach Community College District (Measure E and Measure LB). Terrance is a Professional Engineer and Certified Construction Manager with formal education in civil engineering, along with a strong background in leadership and management. Terrance received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute and his M.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
