Welcoming the New CEO and Chief Engineer of Los Angeles Department of Water and Power

Cordoba Corporation’s Founder & CEO George L. Pla in his capacity as the First Vice Chair of the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce (Chamber) welcomed Janisse Quiñones, P.E. to the City of Los Angeles and as the new CEO and Chief Engineer of LADWP. 

“Her vision of DWP’s role in our diverse community, her understanding that DWP can and will play a role in creating a middle class, and her vision of a clean energy agenda, will advance our infrastructure in the City of Los Angeles and beyond,” said George L. Pla in his remarks at the Welcome Reception hosted by the Chamber, alongside Chamber CEO Maria Salinas.
