USC Latino Alumni Association 

One of USC LAA’s founders, Cordoba Corporation’s CEO, George L. Pla MPA ’74, has committed to advance the 5,000-member group, the oldest and one of the largest Latino college alumni associations in the United States.

The association has awarded nearly $24 million in scholarships to close to 10,000 students during the past half-century in addition to providing resources such as mentoring, job opportunities and leadership training.

Most recently, as a gala co-chair, George L. Pla raised over $1.3M.
