On March 1, 1983 Cordoba Corporation was founded by George L. Pla as a specialized urban planning firm with its first offices in the historic James Oviatt Building in downtown Los Angeles.
On March 1, 2023 Cordoba Corporation celebrates 40 years of making a difference in the communities we live and work.
Over the 40 years, Cordoba has expanded into four disciplines: Education and Facilities, Energy, Transportation and Water. With projects in all regions in the State of California, we have established 9 offices to support our project growth in terms of geography and nearly 600 employees who are diverse and technically strong to provide the best client service and delivery
