The Pathway to Success Program is a workforce development initiative Cordoba Corporation has developed with the objective of Making a Difference in response to heightened concerns about social justice issues that came to the forefront during summer 2020.
The mission of the Pathway to Success program is to develop employable individuals from economically neglected or disadvantaged areas into valuable and successful employees for Cordoba Corporation and other participating firms. Our vision is to create an environment of support and growth that will open opportunities in the private sector for talented individuals searching for career advancement.
Pathway to Success is a year-long program, from recruitment to permanent job offer. The pilot program began in August 2020 with nine participants working under the guidance of a Training Coordinator.
This fall, we are introducing our second cohort of five participants.
