With over 24 years of experience in strategic planning, program management, and implementation of various projects, Chambers brings a wealth of knowledge and technical expertise that will advance and produce only the best quality of work and service for our clients.
Chambers most recently successfully planned and implemented the Nation’s largest Community College Bond Program at Los Angeles Community College District at $14.9B. In previous roles, he was instrumental in supporting the ongoing management of the District of Columbia Public Schools’ $3.7B bond program as well as the Detroit Public Schools’ $505M bond program.
