In a time when the world is trying to predict what the future of energy would look like, while constantly mapping out a pathway to meet ambitious climate goals, Cordoba Corporation welcomed Hugo Mejia as the new Vice President of Hydrogen and Energy Infrastructure in January 2023.
Mejia, a veteran in the industry, comes to Cordoba with over 32 years of experience and unparalleled technical expertise. With his most recent position as SoCalGas, Mejia was responsible for design, installation, commission and operations for fueling stations, transmission and storage operations, pipeline projects, and also worked on environmental regulatory compliance.
Responsible for leading the hydrogen blending efforts for one of the State’s larger utilities, we are thrilled to have him join Cordoba to lead our efforts in assisting our clients and taking our service delivery to a whole new level, especially in the realm of future energy and new infrastructure.
Mejia served on the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California as well as a Planning Commissioner for the City of San Fernando.
