Latinas Lead California

Cordoba Corporation was an early supporter of Latinas Lead California, the first and only non-partisan political action committee dedicated to increasing the number of Latinas in elected office, appointments, and other prominent leadership positions. We do this by providing critical resources such as providing mentorship and empowering Latinas from all walks of life. 


Our Transportation Sector participates in SPARK Mentoring Programs, providing evidence-based K -12th grade programs and professional development opportunities that increase emotional well-being, resilience, and emotional regulation while developing executive functioning skills needed to navigate life with greater ease.
