Steve Reese has been a Cordoba Corporation employee for nearly 15 years working on the Owens Lake Dust Mitigation Project. Owens Lake is largely a dry lakebed located in the southeastern Sierra Nevada. Due to its unusually dry conditions, severe dust storms occur regularly in the area. Steve has been providing on- site construction services for the implementation of the $1 billion dust mitigation program in the area.
