Michael Avina

Michael Avina is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance. He is currently serving as Cordoba Corporation’s Director of Accounting where he is responsible for overseeing and performing all accounting tasks including yearly audits; month end tasks; payroll; accounts receivable; accounts payable; process and procedure implementation; accounting software implementation; and preparation and issuance of  monthly financials.

Prior to joining Cordoba Corporation, Michael held the role of Senior Accountant for the Irvine Company where he performed extensive accounting and financial functions for his assigned portfolio consisting of 15 properties. In  addition, he prepared the property tax annual budget for approximately 150 properties. Michael began his professional career as an Accountant for K1 Speed, where he managed budgets and accounting activities for 30 store locations.
