Narbeh Issagholian-Havai is a licensed attorney who focuses on land use, real estate, and environmental law. This training, combined with his transportation planning background, enables him to provide effective research and reporting to contribute to the successful delivery of numerous water and transportation projects including enhanced water shed management plans, alternatives analysis, major investment studies, corridor studies, traffic impact analyses, and conceptual design studies. His experience also includes working with multi-disciplinary teams preparing Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Statements for FTA approval.
