Stephanie Lightner has more than twelve years of project management and project controls experience ranging from federal sustainability goals, educational facilities, as well as natural gas infrastructure projects. She is a highly regarded project controls professional who has managed a portfolio of project schedules, cost tracking, cost forecasting, and progress reports. Her expertise in the latest methods and tools along with her project management training enable her to successfully support large projects as well as lead knowledge transfer efforts. Stephanie has expert understanding of key project drivers, forecasting, variance analysis, and contract analysis. She is currently responsible for schedule management on San Diego Gas & Electric’s Line 1600 Natural Gas Pipeline project in San Diego.
