Southern California Edison Aerial Overhead Inspection Program

Cordoba Corporation is currently providing project management, technical support, data management and QA/QC services for Southern California Edison’s (SCE) Aerial Overhead Inspection Program.

Our team includes a senior project manager, a project coordinator, several project engineers, and numerous qualified electrical workers. They are conducting Asset and Circuit Inspections of Transmission and Distribution assets across SCE’s service territory in High Fire Risk Areas.

The Cordoba team inspects overhead equipment; identifies and evaluates potential points of failure; and reports associated wildfire risks from its system. This includes performing inspection of images and photos and providing the appropriate designation and reports associated with any “anomalies” identified on the line or structures. In addition, our team performs quality reviews of completed inspections and develops training materials to share lessons learned and best practices across the entire team.
