John Howell is a Senior Construction Manager equipped with experience in public works and educational facilities. As a result, he is well-versed in the management of publicly funded budgets, agency requirements, state construction guidelines and public procurement. Further, he has direct experience in public outreach and working with all levels of community and facility stakeholders including youth outreach.
