Lawrence Wong is a registered Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience in project controls, schedule development, earned value management, schedule review, claims mitigation, dispute resolution support, contract administration, project management, construction management, and engineering design for transportation and utility projects.
Lawrence has led numerous Project Controls teams both domestically and internationally supporting clients such as the City of Los Angeles Sanitation & Environment (LA Sanitation), Santa Clarita Valley Water District, Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sanitary Authority, Suncor Energy (Calgary, Canada), King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (Thuwal, Saudi Arabia), Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, Caltrans, Foothill Transportation Authority, Southern California Edison, and Southern California Gas Company.
At Cordoba Corporation, Lawrence is currently serving as a Program Controls Manager for the Santa Clara Valley Water District’s Rinconada Water Treatment Plant Reliability Improvement Project and as a Project/Claims Manager for the LA Sanitation’s Hyperion Water Reclamation Plant in Southern California.
