Manish Trivedi is Certified Construction Manager with over 15 years of professional experience and specializes in educational facilities including new construction and renovation. His skills include the management of construction projects from planning and design to closeout with the Division of State Architect. On his current assignment at the Long Beach Community College District, he is directly responsible for overseeing design and construction of the Building P renovation, Pacific Coast Canpus (PCC) – ADA transition project, and PCC parking structure. He has managed and assisted in the design and construction process of design-build projects, multi-prime and design-bid-build projects that include new construction, as well as the modernization of existing facilities. His previous projects include a Culinary Arts Building, Planetarium, Child Development Center, Kinesiology and Fitness Center, Science Labs and Classrooms, and Administrative Buildings.
