Noel de Castro brings over 18 years of experience in the construction industry. While specializing in educational facilities, Noel’s expertise extends across various sectors, including retail, government, and highway construction. Recently graduating from the C.A.S.H. School Facilities Leadership Academy in 2024, Noel has fortified his leadership skills, particularly in school facilities and maintenance.

Presently, Noel holds the pivotal role of Program Director for Cordoba’s Bond Management Team at Inglewood Unified School District (IUSD), where he oversees the management of funds exceeding $350M for Capital Improvements. His responsibilities encompass guiding projects such as campus renovations and modernization efforts at Morningside HS, Oak St. School, and Coleman Field. Throughout the project lifecycle, from budgeting to closeout, Noel ensures seamless execution and collaborates closely with District Management, the IUSD Board of Trustees, and the Citizens Oversight Committee for annual reporting and presentations.

In his prior positions with Cordoba, Noel served as a Construction Manager for bond programs at both Long Beach City College (LBCC) and El Camino Community College (ECCC). In these roles, he directly oversaw the design and construction of numerous building modernizations, installation and implementation of a campus-wide security camera system, and the refurbishment of athletic fields, demonstrating his proficiency in project management and execution.
