Alex oversees Cordoba’s contracts throughout California, managing client accounts and providing qualified staff for the various needs of clients. He is a seasoned Program/Project Management professional with experience in planning, design, construction, start-up, turnover, and warranty period for Education and has experience in other sectors such as Transportation, Aviation, Infrastructure, Vertical Facilities, and Entertainment projects in both the public and private sectors. He has extensive skills in reviewing General Conditions and other project documents prior to permitting/bidding, preparing complete bid packages utilizing various delivery methods including Design-Build, Lease-Leaseback, Design-Bid-Build (Formal-Low-Bid), Job-Order-Contracting (JOC), Best-Value, and Informal Public Works contracts. Alex has successfully executed projects from their initial conceptual phase through construction, commissioning, owner acceptance, and turnover phases.
