Kay is an experienced senior project and program manager with over 30 years of experience in delivering complex infrastructure and transportation projects with emphasis in design-build delivery of subway and light rail Metro projects. Kay started his career working for Parsons Corporation in Pasadena and has since been involved in every aspect of major transportation project in Los Angeles. Kay has served as design, project, program, and construction manager for numerous major transportation projects throughout California.
