Megan has over 17 years of experience managing schedules and budgets for large, turn-key EPC (Engineer, Procure, Construct) projects in both the energy and telecommunications industries. Megan has spent the last six years leading multi-disciplinary department and project teams in the management of large and complex EPC projects. These projects required her to build business cases based on environmental regulations, real estate requirements, resource constraint and cost loaded schedules. Megan has a proven track record of creating and optimizing processes and workflows with both internal and external stakeholders, and procedures for the internal team for the successful implementation, execution, and completion of projects and programs for several large utilities on time and on budget.
