Namjoo Hashemi is a results-driven, proven, and principled executive with over 25 years of experience in project management, construction, real estate development, and investments. He has proven leadership skills and the strategic ability to deliver optimized project management solutions with extensive experience working closely with senior level executives, public agencies and managing large teams and multiple stakeholders. Namjoo has published several articles in leading journals, including Forbes Magazine, the Urban Land Institute, and the Institutional Investor Magazine. He holds a track-record of success across a diverse portfolio of real estate assets classes while implementing strategic plans to maximize ROI.
Namjoo works closely with the executive team and with a number of clients. He is responsible for the overall success of several large-scale capital projects and construction programs, including those with the Los Angeles County of Public Works (LACPW), the Los Angeles Unified School District’s Facilities Project Execution Division (LAUSD), the Los Angeles County of Education (LACOE) and with the City of Thousand Oaks.
